He was born in 1979 in Balıkesir. He completed his high school education in İzmir Finance Vocational High School. He graduated from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics at İstanbul University in 2001 and started as a former assistant tax inspector at 2002. He appointed as a tax inspector at 2006. Until 2014, he worked as a tax inspector in Mersin and Bursa provinces. In 2014, he was qualified as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant. He has Independent Auditor license from Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority. At 2017 he resigned tax inspector position and started to work as Sworn Financial Advisor in private sector.
