He was born in 1966 in Adıyaman. He graduated from the Department of Finance, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for 22 years. At 2014 he obtained Independent Auditor license from Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority. In 2017, he was qualified as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant.
