He was born in Erzurum in 1960 and graduated from the accounting department of A.İ.T.İ.A. In 1984, he started to work as Revenue Controller by passing the exam of the Ministry of Finance. In the same year, he was appointed as Head of Department at the General Directorate of Revenues. Following the establishment of the Revenue Administration Office, he was appointed as the Head of the Department of Revenue Administration. In 2015, he was appointed prosecutor to the Court of Accounts. He is still working as a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor in private sector.
