He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1988. From 1988 to 1992, he worked at the Foreign Relations Department of Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. From 1991 to 1992 he studied English in the field of foreign language education and business management organization in the England. Between 1993 and 1996, he got master’s degree in Finance at Uludag University, Institute of Social Sciences. Between 1993 and 1997, he worked in the private sector as Regional Director of Accounting and Human Resources. He worked as a CPA intern from 1997 to 1999. Until 2016, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant in his own office. He has been working as an Independent Auditor since 2013 and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since 2016. He is currently a PhD candidate in the field of financial law at the Institute of Social Sciences, Uludağ University.
